The 90-day warranty on the Litter Robot is a trial period (Founder's Guarantee) where you can try the product at home for 90 days. If you're not satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs .

What the 90-Day Guarantee (Trial Period) includes:
  • Try it at home: You have 90 days to use the Litter-Robot in your own home.
  • Full refund: If you or your cats aren't satisfied with the product, you can return it within 90 days for a full refund. Return shipping is at your expense.
  • Returns: Products must be returned in the original packaging as received.
  • Hygiene: The product must be returned clean and free of litter or waste, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged and deducted from your refund.
  • Excluded from this warranty: Opened litter box mats and other additional accessories cannot be returned.

Refund : Once Whisker has received and inspected your return, we will authorize a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. After processing, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for crediting your account. In our experience, this process can take up to 30 days.
